Communication Depot warrants its products to be free from defects at the time they are sold. Communication Depot's liability is limited to the replacement of the products sold, provided it can be determined that they were defective at the time they were sold. We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense of any kind as a result of the use, or inability to use Communication Depot's products. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied.

All brand-new phones have a 30 day manufacturer warranty. Used, Open Box, or Refurbished devices have a 14-day store warranty. Warranty does not cover or include physical damage such as: water damage, cracked screens, battery issues, or any other damage that was caused to the device after purchase. Warranty does not cover or include lost or stolen devices.


Returns are available on a very limited basis with a 25% restocking charge and must be made within 7 days of purchase date. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as sold and must be accompanied by the transaction receipt and package contents at all times. No Exceptions. All accessory sales are final. Products not returnable include (but not limited to): opened merchandise, chargers, cases, Bluetooth devices, screen protectors, connectivity cables, and/or any other accessory device. There will be no returns permitted. No Exceptions.


All payments are non-refundable. Payments include (but not limited to): Prepaid Monthly Plans, Prepaid Minute Cards, Prepaid Pins, Post-Pay Plans, Utility Payments, and any Service Payments. Please make sure the correct number is on the top of the receipt before leaving the store.

Major credit cards and cash are accepted. Checks are not permitted.

No cancellations are accepted after purchase - all sales are final. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any taxes or fees required at the time of purchase. Communication Depot reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction.


All phones or devices left at the store for more than 30 days will become the property of Communication Depot. This includes (but not limited to): phones or devices dropped off for repairs, activation, diagnostics, unlocking, flashing, or any related services. The customer must contact us prior to this time and agree to extend the time frame required. Communication Depot is not to be held responsible for any phone or device left at the store for longer than 30 days. No Exceptions.

Buy-Back / Trade-In Program:

Due to important federal laws and regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to buying back or trading in merchandise. Identification is required for all devices and/or phones Buy-Back or Trade-In. Accessory trades or buy-backs are not permitted. These include (but not limited to): chargers, cases, Bluetooth devices, screen protectors, connectivity cables, and/or any other accessory device.

INSTALLATION highly recommends professional installation. We will not be held responsible for any damages to your cellphone/mobile phone/part/electronic/or any other entity during the replacing these parts.

SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE) will only ship to confirmed addresses. We have no responsibility for shipping to the incorrect address.

Shipping Time:

Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

US shipping is FREE.

Orders received during weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business days.

We believe getting your item to you is very important, so we ship daily, and you can rest assured that your item will be sent out within 24 hours of payment during business hours.


Please notify us within 14 days based to purchase date. Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless of any reasons. No exception. Return items must have all the original packaging and the accessories, especially the labels. Return postage will be paid by the buyer when we refund or send replacement. Unwanted product return is subject to a 25% restocking fee and merchandise must be in the unused condition only.


14 days from the date of purchase. Any defective or incorrectly purchased items, must be reported to us within 14 days. In order to receive a replacement, returned items must be in new condition as received. Please note, items will NOT qualify if reported after 14 days or if they contain any installation or physical damage.

Note: All returns take 1 to 2 weeks to process. In order to avoid the delay, the customer must full fill the Return Form via My Account and must provide correct detail on the returned items. Examples of descriptions are: LCD has dark back light; LCD has cracked line; White screen after installing the LCD; Bottom section of the digitizer not working, etc. A detailed accurate description is required for all returned items. When mailing back, please make sure item is packed well and is with the original box. Please note, USPS has the most affordable and safe method to ship. First Class Mail with a delivery confirmation would cost an average of $3.00 to $4.00.

DOA (Dead on Arrival):

In order to receive replacement items for DOA, must report within 3 days after order is received. Please make sure to check received items carefully after shipment is delivered. All purchase documentation will be sent to your email inbox associated with your account.
